To celebrate the launch of LEGO Star Wars Miniland Experience, a special weekend is being held with a number of special events.

On Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th March 2012, LEGO Star Wars Invasion weekend will take place, with the park being invaded by Storm Troopers and guests being encouraged to dress like their favourite characters from the films. Guests can also meet their favourite Star Wars costume characters, and an ewok will be on the loose! Throughout the weekend, there will also be a life size Landspeeder allowing guests a unique photo opportunity, and would-be Jedi juniors will be able to hone their lightsabre skills at a Jedi training camp.
